DESCRIPTION:In our ‘Afternoon Tea Bakes’ class\, you will learn how to 
 make your own afternoon tea\, from quintessentially British cakes\, sandwi
 ches\, pastries and\, of course\, scones. During this class we'll make:\n\
 n 	Assorted finger sandwiches\n 	Mini asparagus and ricotta tarts\n 	Mini 
 chocolate cakes with salted caramel butter icing\n 	Meringue cups with Cha
 ntilly cream and passion fruit sauce\n 	Sweet scones with clotted cream an
 d jam\n\nTowards the end of the class we'll sit down to enjoy our creation
 s with a glass of prosecco and a range of  teas. At the end of the sessio
 n you will take home your bakes you've made in the class\, along with a re
 cipe booklet to remind you of what you have learnt.\n\nAll the ingredients
 \, material\, and equipment needed to complete this class are included in
