DESCRIPTION:In the ‘Autumn Flavours of the Middle East’ course you’ll
  take a gastronomic journey through Turkey\,  Lebanon and Morocco and lea
 rn how to make some truly authentic dishes from the region. These include:
 \n\n 	Cheese Fatayer (yeasted pastry filled with feta and mozzarella chees
 e)\,\n 	Hunkar Begendi (a Turkish lamb stew)\n 	Moroccan fish tajine\,\n 	
 Roasted cauliflower salad with tahini dressing and pomegranates\n 	Warm ca
 rrot salad\n 	Basbousa (a semolina\, coconut and almond cake with a light 
 orange blossom syrup).\n\nThe course will involve demonstrations\, instruc
 tions\, guidance and hands-on experience.\n\nThe course will conclude with
  a sit down meal\, enjoying the dishes we’ve made.\n\nLunch\, refreshmen
 ts and course material are included in the price.
