 make delicious gluten-free bread\, pastry and cakes.  This workshop inclu
 des demonstrations\, instructions and guidance on how to achieve good resu
 lts with gluten-free ingredients. There will be plenty of hands-on experie
 nce during the class\, in which you will make\n\na loaf of bread\,\na leek
  and bacon tart\nand a Devil’s food cake.\n\nAt the end of the lesson yo
 u will take home the items you have made in the class\, along with a re
 cipe and method booklet\, to remind you of what you have learnt.\n\nLunc
