DESCRIPTION:In this class aspiring young chefs\, 13-17 year old will learn 
 some of Italy's favourite dishes. Using a range of authentic ingredients t
 hey will make pizza and pasta dough.\n\nThey will then use the two differe
 nt dough to make\n\npizza\n\nspinach and ricotta ravioli with a butter sau
 ce\n\ntiramisu either with coffee and chocolate or fruit juice and strawbe
 rries\n\nThe course will conclude with a sit down meal\, enjoying the dish
 es they've made.\n\nLunch\, refreshments and course material are included
