DESCRIPTION:In this class aspiring young chefs\, 13-17 year old will learn 
 to prepare delicious Middle Eastern dishes and will develop their cooking 
 skill whilst learning how to make some truly authentic dishes from the reg
 ion. These include:\n\n 	Flat breads\,\n 	Hummus\,\n 	Fattoush salad\n 	Mi
 ddle Easter beef Kofta or falafel  (for vegetarians)\n 	Lokma ( mini hone
 y doughnuts)\n\nThe course will conclude with a sit down meal\, enjoying t
 he dishes we’ve made.\n\nLunch\, refreshments and course material are in
