DESCRIPTION:In our 'Spring Flavours of the Middle East' course you'll take 
 a gastronomic journey through Turkey\, Lebanon and Egypt and learn how to 
 make some truly authentic dishes from the region.\n\nThese include:\n\nSpi
 nach Cigar\,\n\nBeetroot Salad with Tahini sauce\,\n\nFattoush salad (aube
 rgine\, lettuce\, tomato and flatbread croutons)\,\n\nBatata  Harra (Leba
 nese crispy spicy potatoes)\,\n\nRoasted spatchcock chicken in Kurdish sty
 le\n\nZnoud El Sit (Sweet cream wrapped in crispy phyllo pastry with rose-
 water syrup and pistachio nuts).\n\nThe course will involve demonstrations
 \, instructions\, guidance and hands-on experience.\n\nThe course will con
 clude with a sit down meal\, enjoying the dishes we've made.\n\nLunch\, re
 freshments and course material are included in the price.
