DESCRIPTION:In our 'Spring Flavours of the Middle East' course you'll take 
 a gastronomic journey through Turkey\, Lebanon and Egypt and learn how to 
 make some truly authentic dishes from the region.\n\nThese include:\n\nTur
 kish Pide bread\,\n\nSpinach Boreks (Yufka pastry)\,\n\nBeetroot Salad wit
 h Tahini sauce\,\n\nFattoush salad (aubergine\, lettuce\, tomato and flatb
 read croutons)\,\n\nBatata  Harra (Lebanese crispy spicy potatoes)\,\n\nR
 oasted spatchcock chicken in Kurdish style\n\nZnoud El Sit (Sweet cream wr
 apped in crispy phyllo pastry with rose-water syrup and pistachio nuts).\n
 \nThe course will involve demonstrations\, instructions\, guidance and han
 ds-on experience.\n\nThe course will conclude with a sit down meal\, enjoy
 ing the dishes we've made.\n\nLunch\, refreshments and course material are
