 n sauce\n\n· Mayonnaise\n\n· Hollandaise\n\n· Salsa Verde\n\nTo pair wi
 th the sauces\, we will take through the steps of how to pan roast guinea 
 fowl supremes and pan fry steak.\n\nAll ingredients and equipment are incl
 uded in the price\, as are lunch and refreshments.\n\nYou will take home a
  recipe and method booklet\, to remind you of what you have learnt
