DESCRIPTION:In our 'Summer Flavours of the Middle East' course you'll take 
 a gastronomic journey through Turkey\, Lebanon and Egypt and learn how to 
 make some truly authentic dishes from the region.\n\nThese include:\n\nPit
 tas (flat breads)\,\n\nSpinach Boreks (Turkish filo parcels)\,\n\nHummus (
 chickpea and tahini dip)\,\n\nBaba Ganoush (aubergine and garlic dip)\,\n\
 nTabouleh (a Lebanese herb salad studded with bulgar wheat and tomatoes)\,
 \n\nTa’miyya (Egyptian falafel made with split Fava beans)\,\n\nKofte (M
 inced lamb meat balls) and\n\nBaklava (sweet pastry made with layers of fi
 lo pastry and filled with honey and chopped nuts).\n\nThe course will invo
 lve demonstrations\, instructions\, guidance and hands-on experience.\n\nT
 he course will conclude with a sit down meal\, enjoying the dishes we've m
