SUMMARY:Summer Flavours of the Middle East
DESCRIPTION:In our 'Summer Flavours of the Middle East' course you'll take 
 a gastronomic journey through Turkey\, Lebanon and Egypt and learn how to 
 make some truly authentic dishes from the region.\n\nThese include:\n\n 	P
 ittas (flat breads)\,\n 	Spinach Boreks (Turkish filo parcels)\,\n 	Hummus
  (chickpea and tahini dip)\,\n 	Baba Ganoush (aubergine and garlic dip)\,\
 n 	Tabouleh (a Lebanese herb salad studded with bulgar wheat and tomatoes)
 \,\n 	Ta’miyya (Egyptian falafel made with split Fava beans)\,\n 	Kofte 
 (Minced lamb meat balls) and\n 	Baklava (sweet pastry made with layers of 
 filo pastry and filled with honey and chopped nuts).\n\nThe course will in
 volve demonstrations\, instructions\, guidance and hands-on experience.\n\
 nThe course will conclude with a sit down meal\, enjoying the dishes we've
  made.\n\nLunch\, refreshments and course material are included in the pri
