DESCRIPTION:In our 'Winter Flavours of the Middle East' course you'll take 
 a gastronomic journey through Turkey\, Morocco and Egypt and learn how to 
 make some truly authentic dishes from the region.  These include:\n\nLava
 sh\,\n\nMoroccan Lamb tagine\,\n\nGrilled fish Chermoula\,\n\nAubergine Im
 am bayildi\,\n\nPersian Pilaf\,\n\nCarrot and orange salad and\n\nCherry &
 amp\; pistachio cake.\n\nThe course will involve demonstrations\, instruct
 ions\, guidance and hands-on experience.\n\nThe course will conclude with 
 a sit down meal\, enjoying the dishes we've made.\n\nLunch\, refreshments
