In our ‘Greek Mezze with Ilia Makri’ class you’ll learn how to make some truly authentic dishes. With our guidance you’ll make
- Tzatziki (cucumber & yogurt dip),
- Melanzanosalata (aubergine dip),
- Greek Pitta (flat bread),
- Greek salad,
- Garides saganaki (King Prawns cooked with tomatoes, ouzo, garlic and Feta),
- Spetsofai (a spicy sausage and pepper stew),
- Kolokithokeftedes(courgette fritters) and
- Karydopita (walnut and chocolate cake)
The course will conclude with a sit down meal, enjoying the dishes we’ve made.
