Join Ilia Makri for a day, preparing and baking some classic Christmas bakes using Gluten free ingredients.
You’ll l make
a sweet shortcrust Mincemeat tart with poached pears and Frangipane,
a pumpkin bread wreath
and festive biscotti that are perfect as Christmas gifts.
At the end of the course you will take your bakes at home, along with a recipe and method booklet to remind you of what you have learnt.
Included in the price are all ingredients, equipment, a light lunch and refreshments.
