In this class aspiring young chefs, 13-17 year old will learn how to make some authentic Mexican street food dishes.
They will make :
Corn tortilla
Chicken Tinga
Charred Sweetcorn and tomato salsa (Corn Pico de Gallo)
Guacamole
Churros with cinnamon sugar and chocolate sauce.
The course will conclude with a sit down meal, enjoying the dishes they’ve made.
Lunch, refreshments and course material are included in the price.
