In this course, you’ll learn how to choose fish & shellfish, prepare it and cook it. Based on what is seasonally available, we’ll have at least a type of fish for you to fillet and at least a type of seafood.
We’ll cook a variety of dishes using different types of fish and shellfish. Examples of dishes cooked in this class:
Calamari with Smokey mayonnaise
Mussels in cider and cream
Plaice with Mussels and Sauce Vierge
Pan fried Sea bass with a tarragon sauce
The course involves demonstrations, instructions, guidance and hands-on experience.
We will conclude the course with a sit down meal, enjoying the dishes we’ve made.
