In this class aspiring young chefs, 13-17 year old will build their knife skills and make some classic Chinese dishes .
They will make :
Vegetable chow main
Sweet and sour chicken,
Sea bass with ginger and spring onions
Egg fried rice
The course will conclude with a sit down meal, enjoying the dishes they’ve made.
Lunch, refreshments and course material are included in the price.
