Entertain friends and family in style during this festive season.
In this class you will prepare and cook pre-dinner canapés with an aperitif and a three course meal using seasonal ingredients.
Blue cheese, pear and walnuts tarts with rocket pesto
Guinea Fowl Ballotine with mushrooms & thyme jus
creamed savoy cabbage and celeriac puree
Stuffed roast butternut squash (V)
Chocolate and chestnut torte with sweet chestnut cream
There will be lots of tips on how to entertain with minimal effort allowing you to relax and enjoy the festivities too.
The day will conclude with a sit down meal enjoying the dishes you have made. Menu may be subject to change. Please inform us in advance of any allergies or dietary requirements.
