Class Type
In this class you will show you how to prepare and serve canapés in style during this festive season . We will explain what you can prepare ahead of time and how to store each element. There will be lots of tips on how to entertain with minimal effort allowing you to relax and enjoy the festivities too.
Blue cheese, pear and walnuts galettes
Red onion and goat’s cheese mouse croutes
Butternut squash fritters with chive yogurt and Dukkah
Mini dill scones with creme fraiche and smoked salmon
Celeriac rosti with smoked mackerel mouse
Drunken Devils on Horseback
Honey mustard chicken skewers
Mini pistachio, coconut and cherry cakes
Chocolate tartlets with sweet chestnut cream
The day will conclude with us all enjoying the canapes we made with two festive cocktails specially designed for this festive season.
