In our ‘Greek Winter Flavours’ class you’ll learn how to make some truly authentic Greek dishes.
With Ilia’s guidance you’ll make
Skordalia(garlicky potato mash),
Bakaliaro (salted cod fritters),
Pantzarosalata (beetroot salad),
Papou salad (lettuce and herb salad),
Stifado( beef casserole with caramelised shallots) and
Tyropsomom (feta cheese bread)
The course will conclude with a sit down meal, enjoying the dishes we’ve made.
