In the ‘Autumn Flavours of the Middle East’ course you’ll take a gastronomic journey through Turkey,  Lebanon and Morocco and learn how to make some truly authentic dishes from the region. These include:

  • Cheese Fatayer (yeasted pastry filled with feta and mozzarella cheese),
  • Hunkar Begendi (a Turkish lamb stew)
  • Moroccan fish tajine,
  • Roasted cauliflower salad with tahini dressing and pomegranates
  • Warm carrot salad
  • Basbousa (a semolina, coconut and almond cake with a light orange blossom syrup).

The course will involve demonstrations, instructions, guidance and hands-on experience.

The course will conclude with a sit down meal, enjoying the dishes we’ve made.

Lunch, refreshments and course material are included in the price.
