In the ‘Plant Based Meals: Autumn Flavours’ class you’ll learn  how to transform ordinary ingredients into delicious & well-balanced dishes.

With influences from the Mediterranean and the Middle East, you can create some great tasting food to share with friends and family.

The course will involve demonstrations, instructions, guidance and hands-on experience.

We will conclude with a sit down meal, enjoying the dishes we’ve made.
