In the ‘Autumn Flavours of the Middle East’ course you’ll take a gastronomic journey through Turkey, Lebanon and Morocco and learn how to make some truly authentic dishes from the region. These include:
- Cheese Fatayer (yeasted pastry filled with feta and mozzarella cheese),
- Hunkar Begendi (a Turkish lamb stew)
- Moroccan fish tajine,
- Roasted cauliflower salad with tahini dressing and pomegranates
- Warm carrot salad
- Basbousa (a semolina, coconut and almond cake with a light orange blossom syrup).
The course will involve demonstrations, instructions, guidance and hands-on experience.
The course will conclude with a sit down meal, enjoying the dishes we’ve made.
Lunch, refreshments and course material are included in the price.
