Celebrating British Food Fortnight, we are showing our love for British food with one of nation’s most favourite foods, the pie.
In this class, you’ll learn how to make some classic British pies. During the five hour workshop, you’ll make sweet short crust and rough puff pastry. Having mastered these, you’ll put them to good use creating the following delicious dishes;
a chicken & leek pot pie,
sausage rolls and
a double crust apple pie
We will also demonstrate how to make a beef and ale pie with rich shortcrust pastry.
The course will conclude with a sit down meal, enjoying the dishes we’ve made.
Lunch, refreshments and course material are included in the price.
