In our ‘British pies‘ class, you’ll learn how to make some classic British pies. During the five hour workshop, you’ll make suet pastry, short crust and rough puff pastry. Having mastered these, you’ll put them to good use creating the following delicious dishes;
a steak and kidney pudding,
a chicken & leek pot pie,
sausage rolls and
a double crust apple pie
The course will conclude with a sit down meal, enjoying the dishes we’ve made.
