In our Chocolate Patisserie class you will learn how to create impressive chocolate confectionery, cakes and desserts. During our five hours workshop you will learn how to temper chocolate and make
chocolate ganache,
chocolate truffles,
light chocolate sponge for layered cream cakes
and a rich chocolate mousse
You will use all these to assemble a chocolate delice with a light chocolate sponge base, topped with a rich chocolate mousse followed by chocolate mirror glaze.
The course will involve demonstrations, instructions, guidance and hands-on experience.
At the end of the session you will take home what you’ve made in the class, along with a recipe booklet to remind you of what you have learnt.
A light lunch, refreshments and materials are included in the price.
