In our this Italian food class, you’ll learn how to make pasta dough and some classic Italian dishes.
With our guidance you’ll make, roll and shape; Spinach and ricotta tortellini. You will cook them with sage butter and pine nuts.

Pork Saltimbocca with polenta
Swordfish steak with gremolata with roasted new potatoes and
Chocolate & hazelnut torte with mascarpone cream.
The course will conclude with a sit down meal, enjoying the dishes we’ve made.
