In this course, you’ll learn how to choose fish, prepare it and cook it. Based on what is seasonally available, we’ll have two types of fish for you to fillet and cook and at least one type of seafood.
The course involves demonstrations, instructions, guidance and hands-on experience.
We will conclude the course with a sit down meal, enjoying the dishes we’ve made.
