In the ‘French Breads’ course, you’ll learn how to make three different types of French breads.
The five hour workshop includes demonstrations, instructions and guidance on how to make, shape and bake
baguettes,
brioche buns and
a Pain aux noix (walnut wholemeal bread)
Included in the price is a light lunch and refreshments.
At the end of the course you will take home the breads you have made, along with a recipe and method booklet, to remind you of what you have learnt.
