In the ‘Greek Autumn Flavours’ course you’ll learn how to make some truly authentic dishes.
You’ll make;
- Lahanodolmades (Stuffed Cabbage Leaves with an aromatic minced meat and rice filling, cooked in a traditional egg and lemon sauce)
- Psari Plaki (baked fish in aromatic onion sauce with sliced potatoes and tomatoes, )
- Gigantes (Baked aromatic butter beans),
- Braised vegetable winter salad ,
- Grilled figs with Greek yoghurt and honey nuts.
The course will conclude with a sit down meal, enjoying the dishes we’ve made.
Lunch, refreshments and course material are included in the price.
