In our ‘Greek Mezze with Ilia Makri’ class you’ll learn how to make some truly authentic dishes. With our guidance you’ll make

  • Tzatziki (cucumber & yogurt dip),
  • Melanzanosalata (aubergine dip),
  • Greek Pitta (flat bread),
  • Greek salad,
  • Garides saganaki (King Prawns cooked with tomatoes, ouzo, garlic and Feta),
  • Spetsofai (a spicy sausage and pepper stew),
  • Kolokithokeftedes(courgette fritters) and
  • Karydopita (walnut and chocolate cake)

The course will conclude with a sit down meal, enjoying the dishes we’ve made.

Lunch, refreshments and course material are included in the price.
