On our ‘Greek Summer Flavours’ class you’ll learn how to make some truly authentic Greek dishes.
You’ll make
- Tzatziki (yoghurt and garlic dip),
- Pittas (Greek flatbreads),
- Kolokithokeftedes (courgette and feta fritters),
- Greek salad (tomato, cucumber and feta cheese salad),
- Moussaka (a dish with layers of aubergines and courgettes, spiced meat filling and a delicious creamy béchamel sauce)
- Galaktoboureko (a set custard pie with filo pastry).
The course will conclude with a sit down meal, enjoying the dishes we’ve made.
Lunch, refreshments and course material are all included.
