On our ‘Greek Summer Flavours’ class you’ll learn how to make some truly authentic Greek dishes.
You’ll make
Tzatziki (yoghurt and garlic dip),
Pittas (Greek flatbreads),
Kolokithokeftedes (courgette and feta fritters),
Greek salad (tomato, cucumber and feta cheese salad),
Moussaka (a dish with layers of aubergines and courgettes, spiced meat filling and a delicious creamy béchamel sauce)
Galaktoboureko (a set custard pie with filo pastry).
The course will conclude with a sit down meal, enjoying the dishes we’ve made.
Lunch, refreshments and course material are all included.
