In the ‘Greek Winter Flavours’ course you’ll learn how to make some truly authentic dishes.
You’ll make;
- Stifado( aromatic beef casserole with caramelised shallots)
- Bakaliaro (salted cod fritters) where we’ll show you how to cure fish at home
- Skordlia(garlicy potato mash),
- Pantzarosalata (beetroot salad),
- Lettuce and herb salad and
- Ravani (Orange-scented Semolina Cake and Spiced Syrup).
The course will conclude with a sit down meal, enjoying the dishes we’ve made.
Lunch, refreshments and course material are included in the price.
