Event Type

In the ‘Greek Autumn Flavours’ course you’ll learn how to make some truly authentic dishes.

You’ll make;

  • Lahanodolmades (Stuffed Cabbage Leaves with an aromatic minced meat and rice filling, cooked in a traditional egg and lemon sauce)
  • Psari Plaki (baked fish in aromatic onion sauce with sliced potatoes and tomatoes, )
  • Gigantes (Baked aromatic butter beans),
  • Braised vegetable winter salad ,
  • Grilled figs with Greek yoghurt and honey nuts.

The course will conclude with a sit down meal, enjoying the dishes we’ve made.

Lunch, refreshments and course material are included in the price.
