In our ‘Italian Breads’ course, you’ll learn how to make three classic Italian breads using fresh and dry yeast and a Biga (pre-fermented starter).
The five hour workshop includes demonstrations, instructions and guidance on how to make, shape and bake;
Ciabatta,
Focaccia and
Grissini.
You’ll also be making a traditional Pizza dough.
At the end of the class you will take home the breads you have made during the workshop along with a recipe and method booklet, to remind you of what you have learnt.
All the ingredients, material, and equipment needed to complete this class are included in the price.
Also included in the price are lunch and refreshments.
