Sue Hudson is a baker based in Norfolk, UK. Her passion is making beautiful, delicious bread by hand using fresh ingredients.
Sue believes baking is a rewarding and therapeutic skill that she loves sharing with her students.
In our ‘Italian Breads’ course, you’ll learn how to make three classic Italian breads;
Ciabatta,
Focaccia and
Grissini.
You’ll also be making a traditional Pizza dough.
The five hour workshop includes demonstrations, instructions and guidance on how to make, shape and bake a selection of Italian breads using fresh yeast, dry yeast and a Biga (pre-fermented starter).
At the end of the class you will take home the breads you have made during the workshop along with a recipe and method booklet, to remind you of what you have learnt.
All the ingredients, material, and equipment needed to complete this class are included in the price.
Also included in the price are lunch and refreshments.
