In this class aspiring young chefs, 13-17 year old will learn to prepare delicious Middle Eastern dishes and will develop their cooking skill whilst learning how to make some truly authentic dishes from the region. These include:
- Flat breads,
- Hummus,
- Fattoush salad
- Middle Easter beef Kofta or falafel (for vegetarians)
- Lokma ( mini honey doughnuts)
The course will conclude with a sit down meal, enjoying the dishes we’ve made.
