On our ‘Patisserie Summer Desserts’ class, we’ll make three showstopper summer desserts. You’ll learn how to make :
- A passion fruit panna cotta with coconut butter biscuits
- A French raspberry tart
- A triple chocolate mousse terrine
The workshop includes demonstrations, instructions and guidance on :
- how to use gelatine,
- make butter biscuits
- make sweet shortcrust pastry,
- make crème patisserie
- make chocolate mousse
At the end of the class you will take home the desserts you have made during the workshop along with a recipe and method booklet, to remind you of what you have learnt.
Light lunch, refreshments and course material are included in the price.
