Matt will show you how to create a pizza dough that is tender, light, and with the optimum hydration. You will get to make your own dough and go through all stages needed to get that beautiful crust. We will cook our pizza in Ooni Volt oven at 800F degrees that has a 2 minutes cooking time.
During the class we will learn how to mix dough, ball up the dough, stretch, top and bake delicious pizza dough that will impress your friends and family at home.
The class will conclude with a sit down meal, enjoying the food we prepared.
