In the ‘Plant Based Meals: Winter Flavours’ class you’ll learn  how to transform ordinary ingredients into delicious & comforting dishes. With influences from the Mediterranean and the Middle East, you can create some great tasting food to share with friends and family.

  • Sweet potato, lentil and walnut filo parcels
  • Leek fritters
  • Chickpea and vegetable tagine
  • Persian rice with pistachios and almonds
  • Vegan Sticky Toffee Pudding

The course will involve demonstrations, instructions, guidance and hands-on experience.

We will conclude with a sit down meal, enjoying the dishes we’ve made.
