In the ‘Plant Based Meals: Winter Flavours’ class you’ll learn how to transform ordinary ingredients into delicious & comforting dishes. With influences from the Mediterranean and the Middle East, you can create some great tasting food to share with friends and family.

- Chickpea and vegetable tagine
- Persian rice with pistachios and almonds
- Vegan Sticky Toffee Pudding
The course will involve demonstrations, instructions, guidance and hands-on experience.
We will conclude with a sit down meal, enjoying the dishes we’ve made.
