brioche buns, perfect for your next summer BBQs,
Greek pittas
and Focaccia bread
Also in this class we’ll show you how to make Sicilian sfincione using a focaccia dough.
At the end of the class you will take home the breads you have made during the workshop along with a recipe and method booklet, to remind you of what you have learnt.
All the ingredients, material, and equipment needed to complete this class are included in the price.
