We will show you how to incorporate seasonal vegetables and ingredients from around the world as building blocks to create your own salads, with reliable and impressive results. You will learn how ingredients, dressings and garnishes combine to compliment other food, or can stand as delicious meals on their own. During the class we’ll make 6 different salads.
