Making great salads isn’t about stumbling onto a recipe you like, it’s about understanding how to combine a range of seasonal ingredients and dressings to achieve the flavours and textures you’re looking for.
We will show you how to incorporate seasonal vegetables and ingredients from around the world as building blocks to create your own salads, with reliable and impressive results. You will learn how ingredients, dressings and garnishes combine to compliment other food, or can stand as delicious meals on their own.
During the class we’ll make 5 different salads.
We’ll show you how to create our signature chicken marinate for grilling or BBQing and how you can elevate griddled or BBQed meat and vegetables with our raw sauces.
Please note in this class we are not using a BBQ to cook our dishes.
The course will conclude with a sit down meal, enjoying the dishes we’ve made.
