Spend the day with Sandhya Oza and learn how to cook authentic Thai and pan-Asian dishes.

Sandhya believes that teaching Thai and pan-Asian cooking is about helping you understand the use of spices and helping build up your confidence in creating new dishes that suits your palate and level of spice.

In the Thai and pan-Asian Class you will cook

Raw Papaya salad

Red Thai curry

Chicken Satay with Satay sauce

Pad Thai

Fried rice in chilli oil with basil, garlic, coriander and lemongrass

The course will conclude with a sit down meal, enjoying the dishes we’ve made.
