In “The Perfect Steak” class we will demonstrate how to cook a variety of cuts including Sirloin, Rib-eye and Fillet. We will show you the methods of identifying different cooking degrees – blue, rare, medium-rare, medium, medium well, and well done.
You will then get to prepare;
- a Sirloin steak with your choice of chimichurri or béarnaise sauce.
- marinated Portobello Mushrooms
- slow cooked tomatoes
- triple cooked Chunky Chips
- and for dessert a classic Chocolate Fondant.
The course will conclude with a sit down meal, enjoying the dishes we’ve made.
