In our ‘Vegetarian Greek Summer Flavours’ class you’ll learn how to make some truly authentic dishes. With our guidance you’ll make
- Kolokithopita (Fresh Goat’s cheese and courgette filo pie)
- Melitzanokeftedes(Aubergine fritters)
- Gemista (Roasted Tomatoes and Peppers with a herb rice stuffing),
- Piperies Florinis (Marinated long red peppers)
- Greek salad and
- Patsavouropita(filo pastry pie with custard and syrup)
The course will conclude with a sit down meal, enjoying the dishes we’ve made.
