In our Vegetarian Middle Eastern Flavours class you’ll learn how cook vegetarian dishes from this region that are delicious & well-balanced.
We will cook food that is great to share with friends and family:
- Spinach and leek borek
- Butternut squash fritters
- Beetroot and yoghurt salad with tahini
- Aubergine Imam Bayildi
- Persian rice
- Mahaleb (milk and cardamom pudding)
The course will involve demonstrations, instructions, guidance and hands-on experience.
We will conclude with a sit down meal, enjoying the dishes we’ve made.
