In the ‘Winter warmers’ class, we’ll be cooking delicious informal meals perfect for everyday dinning with family and friends. From comforting one-pots and satisfying steaming soups to super delicious indulgent puddings, we guarantee they will keep you warm.
During the five hour workshop we’ll make:
Beef and Ale casserole with herb dumplings,
Rosti-topped Chicken and leek pie,
Smoked Haddock and shrimp Chowder and
Sticky toffee pudding.
All ingredients and equipment are included in the price, as are lunch and refreshments.
You’ll also take home a recipe and method booklet, to remind you of what you have learnt.
