In the ‘Winter warmers’ class, we’ll be cooking delicious informal meals perfect for everyday dinning with family and friends. From comforting one-pots and satisfying steaming soups to super delicious indulgent puddings, we guarantee they will keep you warm.
During the five hour workshop we’ll make:
Beef bourguignon with herb dumplings,
One pot chicken and leek casserole,
a Bouillabaisse (fish stew) with garlic rouille and
a sticky toffee pudding.
All ingredients and equipment are included in the price, as are lunch and refreshments.
You’ll also take home a recipe and method booklet, to remind you of what you have learnt.
