In this class aspiring young chefs, 13-17 year old will learn some of Italy’s favourite dishes. Using a range of authentic ingredients they will make pizza and pasta dough.
They will then use the two different dough to make
spinach and ricotta ravioli with a butter sauce
tiramisu either with coffee and chocolate or fruit juice and strawberries
The course will conclude with a sit down meal, enjoying the dishes they’ve made.
Lunch, refreshments and course material are included in the price.
